AQUA VIDA

Thursdays, March, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th*| 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Join us every Thursday* in the lap pool for a yoga experience unlike any other! Improve your strength, balance, flexibility + mind/body connection with the added challenge and healing properties of water. All equipment will be provided, however space is limited, so please reserve your board by visiting http://www.aquavidasup.com/book or ask at the front desk. Join FVF nationally certified Coach and Personal Trainer David Dorfman for a Saturday morning run using D&R canal and other local trails. Learn how to relax your body and improve the blood flow and pliability of the fascia through self-myofascial release techniques.  Use foam rollers, massage balls and various stretches to achieve relaxation and reduce pain without the price of a massage.
