Small Group Training

5-Week Progressive Program Begins September 10th

Kettlebell Training w/ Tom Hight | Mondays 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. or Wednesdays from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
This Kettlebell training program incorporates whole body movements and core activation to efficiently and effectively build strength, endurance, and balance.  

Couch to 5k w/ Danielle Karlowitz | Wednesdays 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
One hour training program focusing on mobility exercises, core stability training, flexibility, and progressive runs with intervals for pace and improving distance.  Suitable for all levels.

TRX Rip Trainer w/ CJ Barna | Thursdays 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 
TRX Rip Trainer-based session incorporating TRX, body weight, and core exercises. Strengthen your core, improve rotational power, and increase cardiovascular fitness to get more out of training and life.

Performance Training for Adults w/ Steve Fellouris

Fusion Fitness w/ Marci Resnick
