Ages 3-6 years of age

Our Dragons program is geared to 3-6 year olds, with classes lasting 30 minutes. Our program-teaching format is designed to accelerate physical coordination, and establish a beginner level of attention. While building basic social skills, students will be able to develop focus, confidence, self-control, and respect for self and others in a fun and positively reinforced atmosphere.

Ages 7-12 years of age

Our children’s program is geared to 7–12 year olds, with classes lasting 45 minutes in length. These classes are broken down into belt-specific levels to maximize the individual needs of all students. Our program-teaching format is designed to help improve physical coordination and conditioning, as well as develop a higher level of concentration, self-esteem, and respect for self and others. While maintaining a positive atmosphere, these classes will also begin to develop a strong martial arts foundation.

Ages 13 years of age and above

Our teen and adult program is geared to 13 years of age and above with classes lasting 60 minutes in length. Our program-teaching format is designed to challenge and improve an individual’s physical ability. By increasing balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance, students will be able to develop a strong sense of self-respect and confidence, which will better prepare them for life beyond high school. Students will also learn practical street self-defense including how to avoid and defuse physical confrontations.
